Get Involved
Some of the ways in which you can participate are:
- Help run the local archive groups
- Work with schools and other groups in collecting archive information
- Learn Computer Skills and pass them on
- Loan photographs and other personal items
- Help identify photos and people
- Train to record the reminiscences of friends and family
- Learn the skills of digital recording
- Have your own memories and stories recorded for posterity, either in your own home or at a local centre
- Learn skills for maintaining footpaths and the local environment
- Help walk-test new routes and paths
- Learn to lead guided walks and trails
- Participate in 'Green Gang' and other environmental activities

There are local volunteer groups in Aylesham/Snowdown, Deal Mill Hill, Deal Landmark Centre, Elvington/Eythorne and Hersden.
